Welcome to AngelNuis! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing any services from AngelNuis, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Overview

AngelNuis offers professional permanent makeup services, including but not limited to eyebrow tattooing, eyeliner, lip blush, and correction procedures. All services are performed by certified and licensed professionals.

2. Deposits

 • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your procedure.
• Deposits are non-refundable except when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment. In such cases, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
• If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date.
• For no-shows, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

 • Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with our studio.
• Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and full payment may be required to book a new session.

4. Touch-Up Policy

Most permanent makeup procedures include one complimentary touch-up session, to be scheduled within 2 months after the initial treatment. If the touch-up is not booked within this period, it will be charged as a separate session at the rate of $200.

5. Health and Safety

 • Clients must inform the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications they are taking that may affect the procedure.
• AngelNuis adheres to strict health and safety protocols, including the use of sterile tools and pigments. However, we are not responsible for any reactions or complications that may occur due to undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Results and Expectations

Permanent makeup is an art form, and results may vary based on skin type, aftercare, and individual healing. We cannot guarantee an exact match to your expectations, as outcomes depend on several factors.

7. Payment Terms

 • All payments are due upon completion of the service.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

8. Aftercare Instructions

Clients are provided with detailed aftercare instructions post-treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions for optimal results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact the healing process and final outcome.

9. Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment with AngelNuis, you agree to waive any claims of liability against the business or staff for any complications, injuries, or dissatisfaction with the final results. You acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with permanent makeup procedures.

10. Changes to Terms

AngelNuis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.
